Talk about value for money! Let's start with 8.08 hectares or 20 acres in the old language, currently housing a few horses. Then add a huge rammed earth home with 4 bedrooms below with walk in robes, big Kitchen, Lounge, Open living, dream laundry, bathroom with Spa, r/c air con, wood heater and upstairs to the main bedroom, ensuite, games room and outdoor Veranda with Ocean Views. Now we go outside to a 50 sq mt rammed earth garage with extras high doors, a below ground pool, a powered 16 x 13mt shed with a Loo , rainwater tanks, lean to and stable and you have one big amazing value meal deal!
Yes, there is a bit of TLC as you would expect at this price. The owner's priorities are elsewhere though and time is against them so they want it sold and sold soon!
