148 Brede Street GERALDTON, WA 6530

This place has the lot; sloping floors, bent walls, sticking doors, flapping roof, flaking paint, half a fence, outside loo and some junk in the back yard.
So serious renovators, this is your challenge. Its a nice spot close to town, jarrah floor boards and plenty of good bits to work with and really just about block value anyway. Has been tenanted for years and now awaits your magic touch. Don't forget the views either. If you are tall enough, you can actually get an ocean glimpse from the road, which is the high point! So nothing hidden here and comes complete with RCDs, Smoke Alarms and Walkaway Burr.
