3 Malcolm Street BLUFF POINT, WA 6530

One street back from the beach in beautiful downtown Bluff Point, one of Geraldton's most prestigious areas. The block is a very generous 911 sq mts and has excellent views across the bay. Plans have previously been approved to put a second dwelling on the property and at the same time keeping and renovating the existing home. Plenty of work to be done on the old place however, if that's what you're good at; this is a gem of a buy. Top location and a real value adding opportunity!
